Emeka E. Eboegbune is the Divisional Head of Information Technology and Operations at FSDH Merchant Bank, bringing over 26 years of experience in digital transformation, IT leadership, fintech innovation, and AI across major industries. He previously served in senior executive roles at FCMB Group—including Chief Programme Officer, Chief Digital Officer, and Chief Information Officer—where he led major technology and digital transformation initiatives that strengthened operations and improved customer experience. His career also includes impactful roles at Accenture, Barclays Bank UK, and NNPC, contributing to large‑scale technology programmes and enterprise strategy. Emeka holds a B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Benin and multiple global certifications, including CGEIT, CISM, CISSP, CISA, and ITIL. He is also an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. His leadership supports FSDH’s technology advancement, operational excellence, and broader digital transformation agenda.
